Commercial description: It belongs to the Phaseolus vulgaris L species. It is a white colored, soft texture and nice flavor pea. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins. It is produced in the northern coast and inter Andean valleys of Peru, after it is harvested it is disinfected and then classified, calibrated and packed for export. The whole process is carried out under an adequate quality and sanitary control.
