Commercial description: It belongs to the Phaseolus vulgaris species. It is a yellow, soft texture and nice flavor seed. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins. Produced in the northern and southern coast of Peru. Once harvested it is disinfected and then classified, calibrated and packed for export. The whole process is carried out under an adequate quality and sanitary controls.
