Commercial description: It belongs to the Zea mays L species. It is a white, large grain, with circular flan shape and floury soft texture. Rich in proteins, starches and sugars. It is produced in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Urubamba, Cusco – Peru. After it is harvested it is disinfected and then classified, calibrated and packed for export. The whole process is carried out under an adequate quality and sanitary control.
