Commercial description: It belongs to the Phaseolus Lunatus L species. It is a white –cream color, large sized kidney shaped bean, of soft texture and tasty flavor. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins. It is produced in the northern and southern coast in Peru. After it is harvested, it is disinfected and then classified, calibrated and packed for export. The whole process is carried out under an adequate quality and sanitary control.
