Commercial description: It belongs to the Capsicum annum species. It is a brilliant red – orange, sweet and sweet pepper. Natural dye used to give color to sauces, snacks and meats. It is also used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry among others. It is produced in the northern an southern coast of Peru. After it is harvested it is selected and dried and later pressed in bunches for export. The whole process is carried out under an adequate quality and sanitary control.

Technical specifications: It is over 10 cm. long; the variety can be Papribella, Papriking or Papriqueen. Contents of asta: 180 with a maximum moisture of 14%. 100 % machine and manual selection, free from impurities, and foreign substances.
