Commercial description: It belongs to the Lablab purpureus (L) Sweet species. It is a white – cream, ellipsoidal shaped bean of soft texture and tasty flavor. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates y minerals. It is produced in the northern coast of Peru. After it is harvested it is disinfected and then classified, calibrated and packed for export. The whole process is carried out under an adequate quality and sanitary control.
